This summer I pitched, reported and produced a 10-part live stream series for ABC News focusing on better understanding health and habits. The first episode I did was on cooking. I wanted to delve into why using fresh, seasonal ingredients is beneficial to your health.
This recipe took us less than 30 minutes to make, tasted delicious and I learned a new technique on how to quickly cut some of your ingredients over the stovetop – just be careful with those knives and flames!
