I hadn’t been to Paris since I had lived there during college, and now nearly eight years later I returned for a visit this month. This trip we also took a detour to Reims – the capital of the champagne region.
In order to be called champagne (not sparking wine), it has to be grown in this tiny area of the world. Part of living well, in my opinion, is exploring other cultures and better experiencing things you enjoy.
