I absolutely love to travel. I do so often for work and for fun. But I find it challenging to stay motivated to eat right and keep active when I’m on the road. Traveling can be exhausting. It’s an easy time to give yourself an excuse to be lazier about working out or a pass on over-indulging at a new restaurant.
