Green Smoothie

A new LivWell with LivNews video, where I make a green smoothie with ingredients I’ve never mixed together before! This is a protein-packed shake made with avocado, nut butter and spinach.

Do you like smoothies? Would you try this? Originally, a banana avocado smoothie I was out of banana so substituted something else. Personally, I do think the banana would make it better — but then you’re getting more carbs and sugar. So it’s a tradeoff.
