I love frozen bananas. They’re something I discovered in college, when I had bananas and they would start to go bad I chopped them up and threw them in the freezer. I think they’re delicious – plus better than something like a candy bar.
A few weeks ago someone had given me a bag of carob chips, so I decided to melt them and make frozen banana bits dipped in carob.
It was something different to try, but I think I prefer sticking with frozen bananas from now on. If you do you love chocolate and are looking for an alternative (not saying it’s better or worse depending, as you’ll see in the video you really have to read all ingredients), give it a go.
